Cedar Hills Crossing

Cedar Hills Crossing is one of the premier shopping malls in Beaverton, OR. During my time at the Stoner Electric Group I was the Fire Alarm Installation and maintenance technician for the mall. By providing exceptional customer service and keen technical skills I was able to secure a sole source fire alarm provider for the Mall during my tenure.

Each new building across walker road has a fire alarm system originally installed by myself. While most of the systems are sprinkler monitoring systems, King Pings employs a Voice Evacuation system for the laser tag arena, entertainment system interconnection, and connections to the 2 medical clinics and the various store fronts. Each project was a great learning experience and provided their own challenges either through scheduling or scope gaps. Regardless every one came in on time and on budget, with the oversight of the City of Beaverton Community Development Division not a single project I installed failed an inspection.

The existing building was installed before my time. However I had the pleasure to provide them excellent fire alarm service. In the new tenant improvements and in the existing systems maintenance.
